Students are not required to subscribe for the resources as we already register their institutes with our Program.

Digital Library is an institution based program so its membership can be provided to only Public/Private Sector Universities and Non-Profit Research Oriented Organizations of Pakistan. Individuals cannot directly apply for the membership.

  • To apply for HEC digital library's access visit https://research.hec.gov.pk/ and fill the required details and submit online request for further processing.
